Narrowsburg Country Market
The Narrowsburg Country Market will be begin this coming Saturday, June 21st and will be open each Saturday from 3:00pm until 6:30pm through Columbus Day Weekend on the corner of Kirk Road and Bridge Street at the Narrowsburg Library Parking Lot. Quality local merchants selling farm fresh produce, cheese, maple syrup, breads, meats and more! We hope we'll see you there!

Independence Day Celebration
Floats and Marchers are needed for the parade - line up is at 2pm on upper Bridge St. For more information please contact the Narrowsburg Chamber of Commerce. Parade at 3pm Car Show-Open Cruise and Sock Hop - 4:00 - 7:00pm on Main St.with DJ Rickie Z. Chicken Barbecue 4:00 - 6:00pm at The Narrowsburg Fire Department Vendors - Food - Raffles and More 3:00pm - 8:00pm on Main Street and Bridge Street, including the new Narrowsburg Country Market, 3:00 - 6:00 pm in the Library parking lot. Live Music - The Van Twistics, at the Gazebo on the river, 7:00 - 9:00pm, then the Delaware Valley Opera will serenade with patriotic songs, culminating with the Star Spangled Banner to kick off the Fireworks. Fireworks - At dusk over the river. Narrowsburg's Fouth of July celebration is presented by the Narrowsburg Fire Department and the Narrowsburg Chamber of Commerce

The Wizard of Verse: music of Yip Harburg
"The Wizard of Verse": music of Yip Harburg Collaborating with such composers as George Gershwin, Harold Arlen and Burton Lane, Yip Harburg became famous in Hollywood, on Broadway and in popular music, writing lyrics for The Wizard of Oz, Finian's Rainbow, Brother, Can You Spare a Dime?, and many others. Bass Eric Barsness, mezzo soprano Carol Diefenbach, soprano Jody Weatherstone and DVO Director Jim Blanton at the piano breathe new life into Somewhere Over the Rainbow, It's Only a Paper Moon, April in Paris and other favorites.
